Keeping the Lights on In 2016

It is, regrettably, that time again. Chris and I look at the budget every year and figure out what we can afford and what we might need a little help with. That’s when we look to you all. TL;DR – we’d be very grateful if you were able to lend us a hand with our annual hosting costs – you’ll find a Paypal button right on the side of the page. Read on if you’d like to learn more. 🙂

‘Remember That Time When…’

A lot of great stories and shared gaming experiences start with these simple words. “Remember that time when we defeated that boss and you had one health left?” or maybe “Remember that time when you accidentally started the battle while everyone else was AFK?” I’ll bet that after reading just those two examples, you had one of your own spring to mind.

And that’s where our new segment starts – I’m hoping you’ll help us out.

No Live Show March 4!

spiral-radio-101-logo-preview

I’m sorry everyone, but we’re going to have to cancel the live recording of Episode 30 of Spiral Radio101 due to a family situation. Christina and I will record a show in the studio Thursday night and make it available for download shortly thereafter.

Believe me, we’re just as unhappy about this as you are, if not more. 🙁 Thank you for your understanding and your patience.

Released! Spiral Radio101 LIVE Episode 22!

In this episode, an exceptionally sleepy Christina and much put-upon Stephen discuss the Halloween activities in Wizard101 and Pirate101, as well as the B.O.X.E.S event in Wizard101. Christina is excited for the release of Sid Meier’s Civilization: Beyond Earth and Stephen talks about the most recent updates to WoW and gives a bit of intel on Trion’s Archeage. They announced the winners of the most recent contest (what is the scariest pet in The Spiral?), read listener emails, and answer questions from the chat room. Both Stephen and Christina are readying to game it up in the Extra Life for Kids event. Thanks for listening!

You can hear the episode right now by clicking right here. It’s also available via iTunes and Stitcher within few hours of posting here, but we have no control over how long that takes.
