Show Update and Costume Contest Winners – Day 7

And just like that, this contest is over. I’ve had a good time running it, I hope you all enjoyed entering it, and I’ve got a pretty good idea that the 14 of you all who won enjoyed winning something. 🙂 We’ve got a little news to cover first, so let’s get on with it.First, an update on the status of the podcast. We had a little hiccup with our hosting company that I’m still in the process of ironing out. With any luck I’ll have it straight before the weekend. So if you attempt to download a show from the website, from iTunes, or from any other provider, there is a fairly good chance it will not be available. We’re working hard to have that rectified ASAP – in the meantime, there’s no reason to panic about it. 🙂

Thank you to everyone who entered and to our 14 winners! We had 74 total entrants, so nearly one out of every five entries was a winner – pretty good odds. 🙂 For yesterday’s Twitter contest, we had 22 entries and gave away four Pirate101 prizes. Again, roughly one in five.

I really like this contest format – giving out a few prizes every day, so I think this is something we’ll continue to do in the future.
